How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at Talent500?

Pros

Quite matured culture even though the co. is in the startup phase Amazing leaders who takes employee friendly decisions at right time Lot of learning opportunities, you can experiment new ideas and initiatives Open culture and very transparent and less hierarchy Employees are helpful. No say of "Its not my Job" Why should i do this" Permanent work from home with office home set up , mobile & internet reimbursement

Cons

As its a start up... lack of process will sometimes feels un organized but the team is working hard to get it sorted

Advice to Management

nothing as of now

Lot of learning opportunities, you can experiment new ideas and initiatives
