Pros
Offer clear structured career ladders from trainee right the way up into senior management with detailed training tailored for all all levels. Invest in people / take time to deliver and offer proper coaching. Since COVID, the company have taken onboard to offer a hybrid working policy for the foreseeable, thus promoting a better work life balance. Reduced working hours in the holidays and 9 - 3 over the summer. Company parties and local incentives. A company who genuinely care about their people with good HR services and additional benefits.

Able to choose your availability,

There is no duty of care whatsoever, very fake sympathy and some members of staff hate it when you need time off for your health, no checking up on you or respecting the fact you aren’t well enough to make it in which results in feeling guilty for not being able to make a booking.

Does Teaching Personnel offer parental leave?
Pros
I have been with the company for 6 years now. I started out as a Recruitment Consultant and when I returned from maternity leave was given a number of options to return to. I chose to come back as a part time candidate consultant and have no regrets. Every level of the company has been supportive and I love my role. The company rewards hard work and has a number of incentives.
Cons
Teaching Personnel have always responded to any feedback, so I don't have any cons. I don't feel like another recruitment agency would have supported my return to work as well as TP has.
Advice to Management
My management team communicate well with me and there isn't anything that I would need to put down as advice.
