Pros

Free break room drinks, snacks Great benefits and wellness program Good work life balance and culture Celebrate events and major holidays

Cons

The frequent layoff puts everyone at edge all the time especially in IT losing great colleagues regardless of strong performance and years of employee dedication to the company.

Does Tech Mahindra assist with or provide work transportation?

Pros

Benefits, great process and systems in place, resources to help you do your job at every level. Great office environment. In-house cafe, parking lot, car wash - lots of amenities. No real competitors.

Cons

Hard to move the needle in such a large company that is 30 years old and it takes a long time to make changes both for business processes, culture, the offerings, etc.

Does Tech Mahindra assist with or provide childcare?

Pros

The campus is good has few facilities in it. The best Facility is self-paid child care on-premise.

Cons

Their pay package appears lucrative, be aware of what you are signing up for... There is no response from the HR team for any query you have. cross-verify any doubts you have and don't succumb to their pressure before signing the offer letter.

What is health insurance like at Tech Mahindra?

Pros

Good health insurance benefits.Extended dependents are also included.

Cons

Infrastructure is so bad.Programs use older versioned pc’s from other programs.Just imagine how slow these pc’s are especially when multiple tools are opened. Senior Leadership does not take accountability in any decision that they make because they actually could not make sound decisions. No transparency,no communication strategy

Advice to Management

Revamp senior leadership with leaders who are willing to listen and has commitment to ensuring that personnel centricity is also valued.

Does Tech Mahindra pay for a gym membership?

Pros

There is a free gym where you can save 1000 per month.

Cons

Low salary compared to other companies. No choice of projects or according to skills. Do what they ask you to. Very less transparency with HR. Overcommitted to clients for which the employees suffer to do labor work in less pay.

Advice to Management

Let the employees work for projects they are a match and pay them according to the market.

There is a free gym where you can save 1000 per month.
