How are senior leaders perceived at Tech Mahindra?
Pros
Everyone is professional and ethical. Good sense of community working there.
Cons
Lack of transparency so you really don't know what you need to do to get a raise or to argue about incentive. Rules change with no explanation or announcement from leaders. Lack of leadership up top but yet the CEO has the highest compensation among all IT, even higher than the top 5. There is no 401K matching and your maximum gets capped due to lack of participation in the US employees.

How is management perceived at Tech Mahindra?
Pros
- Good work environment generally, not too many restrictions (at least was until 2013). - IT Library has fascinating collection, especially at Sharada Center. - Gym & canteen are outstanding. - They have a tie-up with BITS (Pilani), so you can advance your academic career.
Cons
- Talent isn't appreciated as much as it should be (at least in most projects). - You might fall into depression if you got stuck in the wrong kind of project. - Getting promotions or good appraisals isn't easy for a sincere dude, the top/mid management is full of politics.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to small details in the project, listen to the small guy (Programmer, Tester, DevOps, etc.) once in a while.

Are employees at Tech Mahindra generally happy and/or satisfied?
Pros
Professional environment; smart hard-working coworkers; projects are very interesting and well-run for the most part; facilities are amazing; upper management has vision; the food is really good; employees are treated well with awesome benefits and two shutdowns per year; proud of my employer for being environmentally and socially conscious.
Cons
Not always enough people resources to get the job done effectively. To create a quality product, I'd have to work around the clock, so I have to make decisions about quality or completeness that I would rather not have to make.
Advice to Management
I understand why management makes the decisions they make. I trust that the big picture makes sense. I just don't like it from my perspective, down here at the ground level.
