Does Teleperformance offer massages?

Pros

The application and hiring process is fast. There's free coffee for employees, along with other facilities like a gym, and nap room.

Cons

The training facilities encounter some technical and hardware issues. Also, the number of training classes make it a bit difficult to fit or cater everyone during certain schedules.

Advice to Management

They should continue to check on employees, every now and then.

Does Teleperformance offer dental insurance?

Pros

Decent pay, basic benefits (health, dental, vision, and life), decent pay, work from home, no mandatory overtime.

Cons

Too many employees. You’re a number and not a name. Let me tell you my experience as a new hire. One, they sent me an offer letter for an early start date and then pushed my start date a week later. When I finally choose not to attend the early start date; they reach out to me and ask me why I never attended ( all while forgetting they pushed me back). Come the start date of my NEW offer letter; I never get sent the training link. I received no knowledge of who my trainer is, who is my manager, where do I send my documentation of licensing. I then reach out to the manager who asked me why didn’t I show up for the first start date, where and who can I talk to get into training. I never get an email response back after 3 emails. I then just decide to attend the training from the original start date class and ask the trainer if she could help me. She says just sit tight and someone will give you the link to login. If you ding hear nothing back call hr. I call hr and they create a case. Then say if I don’t hear nothing back with 48 hours, reach out again. I reached out again and never got a reply back. Later, I decided to do some research and make a mass email to all the management and no one resolved or replied to my message. I call hr again and they apologize for the unprofessionalism and disorganization I’ve experienced as a new hire. I later find out that they terminated me a week before I even signed the offer letter. No one can explain how that happened when I passed the background check, sent all necessary documents on time, received wfh equipment, receiving login information for training modules, and attended the tech check meeting. They said this should have never happened and we will get to the bottom of this. Now here it is three weeks later, I’m still not in training and I didn’t get paid for loss time. To make matters worse; I’m not the only new hire they did this to.

Advice to Management

Create a solid recruitment team. Be organized. Have a structured chain of command and point of contact for new hires if they have questions comments or concerns that need to be addressed in a timely manner.

Does Teleperformance offer a wellness program?

Pros

This was a totally new type of job for me after covid turned my old job to dust. The training has been superb, the team leaders have been extremely helpful and I feel like a person rather than just a number. It is a positive work space with lots of things going on such as employee benefits and mental health support. You get feedback in a friendly way about what you are doing well and how to improve on things you may not be as skilled at. I can see myself working for this company for a long time to come. And no - I'm not being paid to say this haha - it really is my experience of working for this great company.

Cons

The only con for me would be that on my particular campaign there are a range of shifts and I would prefer set shifts but this is something you are told beforehand and I am getting used to it now.

Advice to Management

Consider offering set shifts for people who would like them. On our team there is a mixture between which shifts each person prefers so it would work out fine to assign us each the shifts we are best in.

It is a positive work space with lots of things going on such as employee benefits and mental health support.
