What is health insurance like at The Connor Group?

Pros

Decent health insurance, pay is mediocre

Cons

Leadership is toxic, the culture is a comedy show, they don't do what they say they are going to, your voice and opinion doesn't matter, you can't trust management, they are making people come to work during COVID-19 because they are essential but really they care about money. They fire people on a monthly basis as a scare tactic.

Advice to Management

95% of the people that work there don't actually believe in the culture. They play the game to keep their job. Key leadership really doesn't have a clue.

Does The Connor Group offer dental insurance?

Pros

-Culture -Growth There are endless growth opportunities- There is no direct path either. The company will continue to develop your strengths and layer additional responsibilities as you grow! -Leadership/Development You're going to work with THE most talented, veteran and committed individuals in our business. The guidance, leadership and mentorship that The Connor Group provides is second to none. -Work/Life Balance The company is constantly changing in order to develop additional ways to provide their people with a more balanced personal and professional life. You'll never miss holidays with your family again- THIS meant everything to me. -Salary The pay is more than competitive. There are always additional opportunities to bonus and the benefits are ranked in the top 1% across all industries. Excellent dental, vision and medical.

Cons

Non-Retail Hours- this doesn't mean that you won't work 12 hour days and this doesn't mean that you won't work 60 hour weeks SOMETIMES- but, it's all in your control, if you want to work 9-6, run a good business :)

Does The Connor Group offer parental leave?

Pros

Nothing good came from working at TCG!

Cons

Larry Connor is a slumlord! They advertise the properties as “luxury” when in reality they are poorly maintained and horribly staffed. I never went into work without the fear of being fired. That is what TCG instills in its employee. They will flat out tell you that you are replaceable! I’ve been PCM’s sabotage PCM’s in training who were doing well because they were threatened! Absolutely no maternity leave! The bonus structure is impossible. It’s very rare to bonus at all without compromising every moral you have to lie and cheat your residents. I’ve never been more ashamed of myself than when i worked for TCG.

Pros

We are growing and expanding our markets. This means more career opportunities and more opportunities for promotions. Anyone at any level in the organization can become a Partner! Great culture!

Cons

Must be highly motivated and outcome oriented or it's not the place for you.

This means more career opportunities and more opportunities for promotions.
