Cons

-Inconsistent training plans and strategies towards improving performance -Low accountability from management -Unforgiving of personal complications that affect work -Near failure to communicate between teams

Advice to Management

Try to encourage greater communication between teams with the understanding of the complications that exist between them. The issues between the current teams can be remedied when they actually work together instead of keeping to themselves. Putting together a coherent training program for new employees is an absolute must given the nature of the work, as the variability of teaching procedures results in major offsets that are harmful overall. Taking accountability for poor performance in the face of poor training will yield greater results than starting over with new employees under the same working conditions- writing off a lack of attention to details in training as a desire to not "micromanage" is not acceptable. More than one team lead should be assigned to the sub-teams, as to avoid the dependency of a single team lead to function properly.
