Do personal relationships impact the work environment at [company]?

Pros

exposure at handling large number of students in one time as they load a lot of pressure on you in one time for various subjects whether or not for you interviewed for

Cons

extremely unprofessional untimely salary system very negative work culture ,mostly because of how the principal leads the system he himself sits and builds gossip around he has a huge issue with married women at work they also ask you to give entire week at work for them despite you are only supposed to be at work for 6 days. This organization is very loose at work processes for anything and everything you will just feel yourself being dragged for everything at work as things take a very slow unproductive and unnecessary time consuming as well as energy draining course at this place

Advice to Management

Please focus more in fixing your management and share positive yet meaningful values amongst each other Organize your system before implementing new teaching procedures so that it is of some value to time and results that you want out of it stop fooling around parents and kids with false promises , it becomes extremely difficult for teachers to manage covering up the lies made by the principal . Lalit is a big brand and even in the case of a private teaching institute the values should stay instill and one should not stoop so low in irrelevant and negative behavior like gossiping ,throwing your work or extra work on new joinees , fooling them with lies until they join and not keep your words when they do . Please also understand if someone wants to leave and if there is no notice period for them to be served , you should not spin the tales for not letting them have their hard earned salary . Thanks
