-Directly thrown in to the site as Field Service Engineer and given responsibility to handle client (can be Cons for someone) -Front end Engineer (Sales/Service/Construction) will be eligible for site/travel allowance -Given freedom to try other departments as you go (You have to request this, otherwise they will just give you work for the 1st Department you're assigned to usually)

-No direct supervision/mentoring, you just have to learn a lot by yourself -Unstructured training program (waste of time & not effective better spend time to focus on the function you had interest in the 1st place)

-Be more Transparent regarding future plans with the engineer trainee

One of the most ethical companies ever. Thermax cheats neither customers nor employees. Really appreciable. Simple, even slightly orthodox work culture. Good company to settle down in till retirement if high pay scale is not what you are after.
