Does Torrent Power offer life insurance?
Pros
Dress Code policy, Employee friendly though good Mediclaim, Term life Insurance policy. Technology driven and New infrastructure of faclity. Polite People and Policy Driven Organization, Big Brand In Indian Power Sector.
Cons
If you are joining as Executive from other organization in in corporate office.... dont join on low salary. Annual Appraisal / increment is very low. Importance is given to CA only. Corportae office has Silent Political type culture. many time employee are terminated silently without right reasons if they are not according to their boss. Most Important For long time working and growth like promotion.. you should now how to buttering to your boss. and lick the boots. Typical Gujarati culture and no space for cultural diversity. This review for corporate office only culture and salary in other Units is completely different than this.
