- Unexpected bonus, extra days off, etc. - Birthday leave. - Most people are friendly. - Transparency on the financial goals. - Previsiblity of increases in your pay due to performance. - Travel benefits. - Travelbar (discounts when shopping, even groceries). - Managers are flexible when something unexpected happens outside work.

Cons

- Tech leaders can focus too much on the process instead of the quality and value of what is being delivered. They also need to improve their approach when listening and communicating with people. - Brands do repetitive work instead of collaborating between them. For example, each can create systems to manage the same things instead of sharing the codebase and professional expertise. - Paternity leave is poor and will make you use your annual leaves instead. They said they would review that soon. - Small teams with members working in different time zones delaying work (e.g. PRs). - Frankstein code from legacy codebases gives you a lot of pain to make small improvements to them. - Focus time, collaboration and meetings can often consume the entire day (we need more time for training and innovation). - Sometimes, you forget/ignore that one hour is reserved for lunchtime.

Thanks for helping us have a better workplace and feel valued as a Travelopia professional. We still have room for improvement, mainly in communication and cross-collaboration.

Out of many pros highlights will be - 1. Great work culture 2. Leaders are highly approachable and motivating 3. Exposure to various business lines due to diverse nature of business 4. Flexible and hybrid work

Cons

No significant cons as such as far as India is concerned. Only thing is for HR policies regarding insurance and all, things are forming newly and is changing dynamically, it would take a bit of time to give the clarity to all employees for the process of claims etc.

Advice to Management

It is already great here, just wish to be the same down the line or even better in terms of learning and motivation.

Nothing so far, but could add some more benefits for employees for eg. Mobile and internet reimbursement if possible.

6 months in at Travelopia and it's been the best 6 months in my career. Each day comes with learning something new, and from Day 1, I have felt supported and experienced true transparency from management. There is open communication around growth opportunities, and the diverse culture Travelopia offers, makes work more exciting each day!
