Cons

closing down warehouses poor pay cheper to shop at other merchant's even with a discount card

Advice to Management

Make it cheaper for your staff to shop in a TP stores rather that us going to places like B&Q to save money.

Does Travis Perkins have a pension plan?

Pros

Progression - you really can go places in TP Support - everything is in place to support your progression from management development programmes to senior management development programmes from those who are aiming high and have the potential. The best at what they do, great stock range Good people Good benefits in terms of pension contributions, private healthcare etc

Cons

IT systems are awful. They started a project for a whole new IT system but this has been put on hold. It is desperately needed, this will hold the company back if it isn’t already Salary isn’t amazing A lot of people who won’t change and are stuck in their ways

Advice to Management

Get the new IT system sorted and up and running.

Good benefits in terms of pension contributions, private healthcare etc
