Alot of internal changes. Must have patience. Strategic Accounts only. There is no SMB or mid-market here currently. They train you on product but no sales training. You have to bring your skillset or learn it in real time on the job.

Definitely under staffed Team member ALWAYS work overtime and even send messages during holiday (and it’s not urgent), really that busy?? So basically no work life balance after working 3/4 months. Some coworkers from other departments don’t coordinate with the jobs, usually delay delay delay Company too focus on IPO, benefits became worse than before, employees didn’t need to pay for insurances when the company was acquired by ARM, now need to pay, even match less for 401K Many people are leaving even they used to work for a long time

Advice to Management

Have more work life balance Hope will IPO soon so that employees will have better benefits Think carefully before joining the company and good luck with communicating with others employees

In many areas execution on product development was challenging because of accumulated technical debt and lack of overarching architectural vision. Many ingrained habits. Strategy seemed sound but hard to back up with realities of the product.
