Pros
The company culture is so good that will give you a fear of getting the same if you plan to switch. The MD, Mr.Hari is such a good person and for me I haven't met a person like that before. I learnt a lot from him in terms of managing people and running the company. Everyone is equal and treated good. You will get good work life balance, a lot of freedom and you will enjoy coming to office and don't dread for Mondays. You always have someone to support. The pay is also very good compared to other companies. People matter most for the company, they will see your skill and character and not your degree or marks. The company helps us to improve our skills and freedom to learn any technology and development. Give more opportunities to younger to adopt a good path of technology.
Cons
No complaints.. Neither about the company, its work culture nor about the Management.

How often do employees say they are paid at Triton Information Technology Solutions?
Pros
Good gender diversity and people make sure stereotypes are not attached to anyone anywhere and everyone is treated with respect. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the projects and improve their confidence. No politics. No ego. - most of the people here are nice team players. Company Management values people so much and hate it when we are referred to as resources and work hard to promote happiness. We get to interact with the clients directly and take our own decisions as a team with regards to technology choices, estimates, etc. Founders encourage everyone in the team to interact closely with the clients so things move fast.
Cons
No cons… How will you get a chance to complain if your salaries are paid on time, if you have a perfect work life balance, if your work is enjoyable and when you have a fantastic coworkers, If your management treats you well and gives you enough space and freedom to perform, if the company recognises your performance and rewards you, if you have a good work culture. I will have to think 100 times before quitting from this company.
Advice to Management
Hire more people as the company is growing.
