Open and fun culture, especially for an investment bank. Management easily accessible. Tries hard to be different from other banks and takes risks to do so. Pays well relative to Street.

Not as much cross collaboration between groups, especially with PWP, as there should be

Keep the culture and keep taking risk. Focus on upper and middle management's use of junior resources. Encourage work / life balance and flexibility. It will pay off in the talent you attract.
