UAT genuinely cares about the well-being and success of its employees. They strive to help staff flourish through support, motivation, flexibility, and ongoing training. It is a rewarding company to work for that I would recommend to any hardworking, take-charge individual.

This is a very fast-paced work environment. Not for bystanders.

Pros

UAT is a fantastic school that has a lot of really great students from a wide range of back grounds. I enjoy my coworkers and their perspectives and I certainly love the men and women I interact with on a daily basis in the class room.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints. I have had the opportunity to work at many different educational institutions and I find UAT to be the best one I have worked at so far.
