How is the work/life balance at UAT (University of Advancing Technology)?

Pros

None there is no work life balance, there’s no room for growth and you’re expected to do a lot while being understaffed and treated like garbage.

Cons

Managers look for their own self interests, the managers do not value their workers and that’s why everyone hates their job and people leave constantly.

Advice to Management

Hire more people, stop taking kid’s money and focus on helping the students who graduate get a job.

None there is no work life balance, there’s no room for growth and you’re expected to do a lot while being understaffed and treated like garbage.
