Pros

Not sure where to start because there are so many things that make this place an amazing company/career/team. First off, culture of the company is unique and truly a family feel but with a performance culture. It is fun but not because HR says so, or gifts, time off or some other gimmick but because everyone wants to work together to accomplish goals. Never have I met so many smart people who just get along....The product is ahead of its time and is the best CCaaS product out there. Pay is solid, equity is amazing and health benefits outpace any other startup I have been a part of. This place is the perfect CROSSROADS of great culture, amazing product, great team and an opportunity to actually get value from the stock.

Cons

-Many open requisitions to fill new roles and finding the right talent these days is tough. -Need more marketing spend still

Pros

I joined UJET in 2022 from another SaaS company, UJET is a high growth, fast paced organization backed up by very strong financials, committed investors and clear company strategy. The people at UJET are highly motivated, incredibly supportive and fully invested in everyone's success, which in turn creates a fantastic team spirit and company culture. The leadership team is very accessible and they are well respected figures within the industry who celebrate success, encourage big ideas and empower employees to be their best. Special shout out to the HR team who are light speed dealing with people matters such as employee admin, general HR enquiries and benefit changes.

Cons

As expected with a start up there are business processes that need be developed to enable scale but in the short time I've been at UJET there has been tremendous progress. The benefits are great but there's no 401K match yet, although in the pipeline for 2023/2024.

Advice to Management

Continue to celebrate success!

Pros

Very good culture and values, very detailed and described onboarding process for new employees! You can communicate directly with VPs if you need to find the answer quickly. Very good medical and dental insurance. Very generous stock options program.

Cons

The company needs more engineers! It grows its business with an incredible speed - need more employees to resolve development problems.

Advice to Management

Please, hire more software developers to keep up with the growing business.

First and foremost, I love working at UJET! We have an amazing team of dedicated people that are just a pleasure to work with! Our founder and CEO, Anand Janefalker, has created a great culture and a fantastic product! I am excited every day about the progress we are making in our space. We are brining a truly unique product to market and accelerating sales with via our incredible partner channel! And, having FUN!

Cons

None for me personally. However, rapid growth can be a challenge for some, while others thrive on it. I have seen a few folks struggle with the pace at UJET.
