Advice to Management

Pause the implementation of your system migration when you face unprecedented demand due to a global pandemic. Salesforce and CPQ have been an unmitigated disaster. Hire more workers in Order Entry so we are not permanently 800+ cases behind for the past seven months. Test your new policies, rules, and programs with the departments that will use them prior to launch. These new things have always had rough launches that leave people confused and angry in multiple different departments. Expose departments to the work of others so that they understand where they are in the chain and how everyone's work affects everyone else.

Stop using fear and a lack of understanding of the industry to get results. Inflated, fake pipelines will only make new owners question why sales targets aren’t met.

Management only cared about their drivers feelings, not the customers, other employees, etc. As they said, they’re pumping poop, cut them some slack. Totally toxic, unprofessional workplace.
