The people were very nice despite the environment. The benefits are good but not leave!
The management team was one of the most dysfunctional that I have ever worked with. There was no cohesiveness and teams were put against one another. There are constant HR issues because most of the management has their own agenda and not focused on building inter working teams. As a senior person, I’ve never been so invisible. I had a lot to offer and they didn’t care. They chase away so many good people. My manager alone chased away 6 people in a year and then was promoted. Their version of the truth is based in fiction.
Note that they spy on their people in a very uncomfortable manner and I have been on top secret gov’t projects. Clocking in and out for many means they watch your every move. HR is not there for the employees from what I can tell.
Advice to Management
It starts at the top. Look at senior managers and see what they are really producing. Trust me, you could have a much better environment and great place to work if you replaced the bullies and duds with people that know what they are doing. Treat your people with respect.
