How is management perceived at Venetian Casino Resort Inc?
Pros
Compensation was above average and benefits were at no cost to the employee.
Cons
Poor management and human resources.
Advice to Management
It is a well know fact that The Venetian does not want to be unionized. For the protection and personal well-being of the employees there should, at bare minimum, be an out-sourced human resources department to protect the rights of the employees against very poor management. Currently, an employee has no one in their corner to provide them assistance when they are having challenges with their management.

What is the company culture like at Venetian Casino Resort Inc?
Pros
Everyone there was extremely supportive and nice to newcomers! They culture is very friendly and everyone refers to each other on a first name basis (even the President of the company). The company is also very innovative and there is always room for growth and movement internally.
Cons
I did not have any cons during my time there.

What are co-workers like at Venetian Casino Resort Inc?
Pros
The people were very nice despite the environment. The benefits are good but not leave!
Cons
The management team was one of the most dysfunctional that I have ever worked with. There was no cohesiveness and teams were put against one another. There are constant HR issues because most of the management has their own agenda and not focused on building inter working teams. As a senior person, I’ve never been so invisible. I had a lot to offer and they didn’t care. They chase away so many good people. My manager alone chased away 6 people in a year and then was promoted. Their version of the truth is based in fiction. Note that they spy on their people in a very uncomfortable manner and I have been on top secret gov’t projects. Clocking in and out for many means they watch your every move. HR is not there for the employees from what I can tell.
Advice to Management
It starts at the top. Look at senior managers and see what they are really producing. Trust me, you could have a much better environment and great place to work if you replaced the bullies and duds with people that know what they are doing. Treat your people with respect.
