Pros

Enjoy the set schedule, which is uncommon in retail environment Holidays off Constant change which forces leaders to grow Great health care benefits Forced to wear many hats

Cons

Bonuses over the past couple of years have been hit or miss Evaluation are behavior based which is open to interpretation of current boss which makes for inconsistent feedback for growth

Advice to Management

Overall solid company to work for. I would recommend anyone being in role for a couple of years just for the challenges and work experience. If your able to manage expectations at this company any other opportunity should be a piece of cake.

Pros

Great benefits including 401k match, discount stock purchases, health insurance and store discounts

Cons

Their idea is staffing is dangerous, creating an unsafe work environment. No respect for doctorate degree employees. Pharmacy managers are overseen by store managers without pharmacy experience. No support of loyal employees. Pharmacists are dispensable and only there because the store needs a license, not because they’re respected and valued. No bonuses for pharmacists anymore.

Advice to Management

Respect your pharmacists who are loyal and are doctors. Let them run the pharmacy autonomously, not directed by a front store employee. Staff in a safe manner.
