What is the retirement plan like at Walgreens Boots Alliance?

Pros

Great benefits including 401k match, discount stock purchases, health insurance and store discounts

Cons

Their idea is staffing is dangerous, creating an unsafe work environment. No respect for doctorate degree employees. Pharmacy managers are overseen by store managers without pharmacy experience. No support of loyal employees. Pharmacists are dispensable and only there because the store needs a license, not because they’re respected and valued. No bonuses for pharmacists anymore.

Advice to Management

Respect your pharmacists who are loyal and are doctors. Let them run the pharmacy autonomously, not directed by a front store employee. Staff in a safe manner.
