10% discount livebetteru college program insurance you can accumulate ppto from hours worked that roll over into money at the end of the year flexible scheduling 9 minute rule- you can clock in up to 9 minutes late and not have it counted against you, and you can clock out 9 minutes before your shift ends without any consequences

Cons

you won’t be seen as a human until about a year at your store, especially to your superiors no sense of community most days will go without any interaction with your coworkers unless you initiate it store cheaps out on work injuries and gives you the absolutely minimum time off required unless you call out for your own personal recovery

Cons

My grandfather passed and since I was still in the probationary period and he was not “immediate family”, me leaving to attend his funeral was grounds for my being let go.

Advice to Management

Hire on experience, not seniority.

Good amount of pay, insurance, PTO, Live Better U, resources for living, and decent opportunities to learn.

Cons

Not much room to move up as a manager unless you’re just favored by higher management.

Advice to Management

Take your employees best interests at heart, instead of viewing them as pawns. Be human once in awhile
