      Pros

      Wells Fargo is a great place to work with great benefits. There are ample opportunities to meet people across the business, get involved in employee groups and learn as much as you can. Leadership is supportive of keeping employees and addressing concerns raised through proper channels. If you land here you will be happy you did.

      Cons

      I can not mention many cons outside of reputation. Depending on your line of business you may interact with external partners or customers who mention previous headlines but otherwise there are no cons.

      Good place to work, but difficult to build a career with.
