Does Wells Fargo offer dental insurance?
Pros
Wells Fargo has good benefits (insurance, vision, dental, short term leave, maternity leave), and competitive pay, as well as a liberal holiday schedule.
Cons
The upper echelon of management is very disconnected from reality. There is minimal, if not conflicting, information about return to work from most employees working from home (and excelling). Procedures used to work, and are now broken from department mergers with minimal intent to correct. They’re trying to reinvent the wheel and not succeeding.
Advice to Management
Be transparent. Be honest. Don’t tell us we want to come back to the office when Reuters has polled that the opposite is true. Telling us about quarterly earnings as a positive while in the same breathe saying that you’re changing everything that appeared to be working. Constant fear of downsizing and austerity in the company. Lack of upward mobility and low employee morale.

Does Wells Fargo assist with or provide work transportation?
Pros
Benefits are unbeatable in cost. Many benefits are company paid. They treat their employees amazing, diversity culture is great and there IS room for upward movement. Many of the people within the company have been with the company for many years and have moved up the chain in roles.
Cons
Try to lock in at a rate you like because raises are not much. You’d have to move up in a different role to see the pay jump which is very much possible.
Many benefits are company paid.
