What is a typical working day like at Wells Fargo?

Simply Waste your time and knowledge no growth
Cons
Not employee friendly No cabs of door to door pickup worst employee experience of shuttle even service based company don't have these stuffs No proper canteen old style no hygine food for night shifts No Growth just get a job stay idle and get auto promotions and irritate new joiners and no open mindset to listen or adap to new gen thoughts nor any ideas Only old employee will be deciding what has to be done and same will be approved No proper appraisal system seems to behave friendly but give you 100 plus points to achieve and end of year sat nothing completed As the organisation is huge people and employee should be respected being world top 4 th bank it would be accepted if normal or a start up but heavy cost cutting and not a good place to work for .
Advice to Management
Please change your thoughts and improve employee friendly organization. Please take employee feedback No proper exit interview No HR meetings to understand what really a employee needds please take inputs from new employee rather than sticking to old employee who had seen only wells from past 10 years All new joiners are joining and leaving within a month two or year it's because of the management

What is typically worn or allowed to be worn at work at Wells Fargo?
Pros
Insurance, PTO, in-branch management is solid
Cons
Its corporate vs. their employees, pay is laughable at $15 an hour, too political from the corporate area, dress code is a joke for a job that pays the same as Target.
Advice to Management
Increase pay, allow branch management to run their branches with some leniency.

What is the hiring process like at Wells Fargo?
Pros
I began with Wells Fargo in early 2021 and was laid off late 2022 due to the mortgage market downturn. I had low expectations for my experience as an employee for such a large corporate, but Wells Fargo was a really great overcall experience. The interview process was quick and well communicated by HR. Onboarding was very easy with a lot of support from IT for the fully remote position. The training for my position was excellent and superior to industry standard. I felt supported by most of my managers and there was really great communication streams from the bottom up. Opportunities for advancement were probably the biggest area that I was displeased with. It was based more on nepotism and not work productivity and ethics, but that's also to be expected in large organizations. The benefits package was fantastic and not much different than a robust benefits package I had as a government employee. Hourly wage and bonus structure were really great! The bonuses waned heavily towards the end of my employment as our loan pipelines were so small, but it was a very generous total compensation package. If I was offered a position with Wells Fargo again, I would accept it.
Cons
Basic things that come with a large organization. The most difficult thing was connecting with someone in HR regarding benefits and payroll issues. Otherwise, I think everything else was great.
Advice to Management
Having standards for managers regarding meetings, metrics and promotions. Having had 3 managers in 1.5 years, there was zero consistency between managers in the exact same department/division.
The interview process was quick and well communicated by HR.
