Some offices want you to travel and don’t tell you this up front. The pay is horrible, and they expect you to go with the flow and travel as needed. A lot of favoritism is shown among management. A lot of office drama. You can’t go to HR because all they do is redirect you back to the management you already have problems with.

Advice to Management

Value your good employees and you won’t have such a high turnover rate! Pay your employees what they are worth and you will have a better retention rate. Be honest up front and you won’t have disappointments of people leaving the company later because they were lied to or misled.
