No Advice to management , as nothing will happen till the time mam is ready

1. Work life balance is not maintained at times if one wants to grow - Whisskers understands quality work for anything. Period. 2. Can be stressful at times.

Work life balance should be maintained

You get to learn a lot because you have to figure out and do everything on your own. Team members are good and friendly.

Management is extremely poor. There is no middle management. Only the directors and the employees. And the directors don't know anything about getting work done. It is more of a family business where the directors tell the employees that there is a meeting with the client just a few minutes before the meeting and leave you hanging without any details in front of the client. There is no credibility, salaries are often late, people have even been fired with a month's salary pending. And you will often be ridiculed even when you are working overtime without extra pay. They don't provide client requirements clearly, make huge and unrealistic commitments to the clients and do not provide resources to the team. Quality work is not their aim. They just want to get work done anyhow and grab money from the client. Wondering about all the 4 5 star reviews above? Yeah, it was compulsory for all the employees to give the company positive reviews on glassdoor.

You have got some really good and hard-working people. So, get down from your high-horse and start working with them and for them too. At least, start with fulfilling the commitments you give them. And don't yell at people or threaten to ruin their lives. We are employees, not servants.

I learnt many things ,related to software/web development.People are very co-operative.In a very enjoyable environment,Work load become very ease. Every company asks to work employee very hard.But Whisskers is very different among them.,they ask you to work perfectly with low pressure.,Also they provide internship in multiple technologies. I really liked the co-operation of the founder Pooja Mam,Neha Mam and Sameer sir. Sameer sir played a very important role in my Job days,He motivated me a lot . Which really matters for me. HR is very very calm.,She usually organize games to release work pressure ;-) Also the best part "Salary on time" :-) I am really thankful to the best company Thank you all .

There are few things,but it happens in every company.

We must explore in research and development,becuase Whisskers has quality to dive into the world of the technology.

Office has a great environment and corporate culture. Work done here is excellent in terms of professionalism, timeliness and quality.

They do not provide food to staff.
