Does Willis Towers Watson offer sponsored degrees?
Pros
Low stress, no micromanaging, lot of free time to learn and do other things. I just come, do my work well and get paid. Tuition assistance is nice, we get catering and company outings. Quite honestly, if you’re lucky to be on a cool team and don’t have your sight set on developing and growing then it’s not a bad place. Most of my cons are because of my inability to foresee some red flags for me personally.
Cons
Not much, can be pretty boring at times. Office becomes full of characters during open enrollment season which is expected at a call center. No real opportunity for growth unless you move. You’re in insurance so it is BORING, I repeat you will be BORED.
Advice to Management
Keep doing you. Be aware of overqualified candidates because they are hard to keep happy. Set real expectations during hiring process. Address troubling team members, and address imbalance of work done by those members.

Does Willis Towers Watson offer healthcare cash plans?
Pros
Great coworkers, interesting and challenging project work, and engaged local management team.
Cons
Annual pay raises have consistently been 0-2% for most folks, which is far under the industry norm for software engineers. There are no raises or adjustments for promotions, which is a widely known fact and deters people from seeking them. Senior leadership is detached, and simply doesn't care. No explanations for low raise pools despite strong financial reports. Benefits have gotten worse each year. All medical plan offerings are HDHP plans. All the typical benefit offerings are here, just average.
Advice to Management
You're already behind at this point. Unless you start paying people what they're worth and in accordance with industry trends, you'll continue the shift towards being a mediocre company. Pay your tech people what they're worth.
All medical plan offerings are HDHP plans.
