I don't find any reason to be associated with Xcellance

Cons

Biggest drawback of the company . 1. All the departments are head by the family members of Director . 2. Not open for changes 3. kept a bond for 2 years . 4. Don't treat the employees well 5. Very low salary 6. The HR of the company doesn't know anything in Human resource. They follow a very old practice , not updated with the current laws .
