Pros
You can learn to many things in short time here. Full freedom to do work as per your convenient if you are performer. They throw away if you are loser . Performer no need to worry even in downtime like covid losses and all. Complete team got paid with 100%salary for complete covid situation. On time salary.
Cons
No facilities like cab or canteen. Very less option for employee to relax them when work load is more.
Advice to Management
You are doing good for fresher and performer. But do something for low performer too, like training and also that you will not get unnecessary bad reviews.

Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with.. Best Company compare to others best in salary ,work time, Holidays , promotions
