1. More importance to sales team. 2. No employee friendly. 3. Desktop given to all employees. 4. No medical coverage for parents. 5. Lowest appraisal policy. 6. Quantity of work matters over quality of work. 7. Zero employee friendly. 8. Support teams is treated as step child. 9. Management believes in achieving goals by stepping over others and not together. 10. Pandemic had zero effect over the business then to management decided to give appraisal for 6 months only.

Advice to Management

Be employee friendly. You will have lower employees attrition

- Lacks culture, there is no specific 'oraganization culture' that you can relate to. It is work oriented with not much focus on employee wellness and benefits - It lacked work place flexibility completely before the pandemic

bad policy. low insurance coverage that to no dependent treat people as slave shift allowance very less internet allowance part of salary(quite strange) bad management

please work on feedback given by employees revisit your policies it's a decade old

Great Marketing team. Happy team culture and a great learning experience Great place to start your work life as a fresher. Tough external management prepares you well. Awesome peer relationship and support especially within the marketing team Target driven organisation especially GTM and Product marketing oriented roles High ownership . You are given a region and you are responsible for all of it.

- MARKETING TEAM is the happy bubble. At the org level, the power dynamics take the front seat and work goes back. - No employee benefits or care or whatsoever - Culture of org is hierarchical and tough, within the marketing team it is easy and flat. - Not a place for the long term.Learn fast and leave.
