Cons
- Shabby Work Culture - No work from home during COVID - Performance judgment without any real assignment within 15 days of joining - No sympathy for personal issues of employees - Personal choices tend to be influenced by then such as whether you drink or not to get business - Non accomodating management
Advice to Management
They should be more sympathetic to employees issues and should have dedicated experienced HR instead of young boys and girls just fresh out of college. They should provide flexibility in working options such as work from home and also have policies for employees empowerment. Don't force them to work on weekends unless very urgent. Your business will not shut down in 2 days over a Saturday and Sunday if outside world is affected by the pandemic. Also to please not officer lucrative packages to college MBA graduates and lure them all the way to Bengaluru just to treat them like corporate slaves.
