Constant re-org, weird social hierarchy based on job title, not much work life balance, company spent money on the wrong things, horrible health insurance (ironic)

Pros

Flexible remote work, extensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.), unlimited PTO, culture is inclusive and often feels like a family, smart and innovative employees looking to make a difference in healthcare, growth opportunities.

Cons

Can often be too many meetings and would like the salaries to be a bit more competitive with the market.

Advice to Management

Management does a great job being transparent with the employees but it would be great if HR published salary ranges for each job with a bit of an explanation as to how those numbers were calculated / what factored in.

- Pay is lower in many areas than industry standards, so often you have to leave the company and come back for better pay - HR team is often not very useful for minor things, only larger - Offshore vendor quality is often sparse at best which can lead to client escalations

Make a consistent effort to shift support models to proactive, and put a strong emphasis on quality over quantity.
