How are the career development opportunities at eMeasurematics?


The job initially offered competitive pay.


When I was there, there were no engineers or programmers in America that had been with the company for more than 2 years because they couldn't stand working there and quit before that long. This company is not worth even spending time at as a stepping stone in your career. Your mental health is worth more than a job at this company. The CEO will micromanage everything you do. Employees are required to create daily reports down to the minute that he reviews with the India team every night. Employees are given a set of tasks that will change on a daily basis with constantly shifting goal posts. Orders are given by everyone to everyone with no semblance of structure. If the CEO decides that you don't meet his impossible expectations he will tell you that you can either take a pay cut upwards of 20% or you can quit. This had happened to multiple employees and former employees. The place feels like a startup that has no idea what they're doing but somehow they've existed for 13-21 years, it depends on where you look.

Advice to Management

Have the current CEO hand off all operations to a new person from outside the company.

This company is not worth even spending time at as a stepping stone in your career.
