they give offer letter and mention in seventh clause "if your employment is confirmed with the company, then you agree to stay with the company for at least 2 years from the joining date of confirmation". if u ask any impact or not they say no but impact was they not given experience or reliving letter they cheat on your documents. after you decide to leave job before 2 year then then to much difficult for u.

don't cheat on employee .

Rarely happens that you might have to work more or longer than your daily office time. But it's normal, not only in iTGS but also in many organization you have to stay late if their is pending work

In iTG I learned too many things. Get chance to learn new language Kotlin. Get a change to work with team and get good experience of how to handle team as good team lead as well as good team member of same team
