Does iTalent Digital offer sponsored degrees?

Pros

ITalent Digital’s benefits and culture were excellent. It’s unusual as a contract employee to the feel impact of an agency’s culture, however iTalent does that with inclusive and consistent support. Salaried employees have generous paid time off, a 401K, tuition reimbursement, and other employee benefits. I would highly recommend iTalent to anyone interested in doing regular contract work.

Many consulting organizations do not provide benefits. iTalent Digital provides great benefits to contract employees, which include health benefits, 401K, and even commute incentives. They are also an innovative company, continuously building new technical solutions.

What is the retirement plan like at iTalent Digital?

Pros

Great people to work with and incredibly supportive leadership. They meet with their consultant on a regular basis to see how they are doing. The amount of professional and personal development received was awesome. Excellent service – extremely responsive to all questions and have excellent benefits including 401(k)
