Salary is decent. 3). Accomodation is good if your project is in cities like projects related to airports or real estate. 4). I found work culture to be comparatively good considering it's a construction company.

Cons

When you are in L&T everything is taken care of, you just have to work and believe me that's the hardest part. 1). 12-13 hours work per day, strict timing. 2). You won't be enjoying your Sunday 80% of the time. 3). It's hard to get your own leaves here. 4). As you move up in the ladder of management you will find that workload & stress is even higher at higher positions that means it's not like you will have to struggle for only 3-4 years in the company instead it's a lifetime struggle. 5). You can get posting in remote areas ( 70% chance ) which will intensify the cons even more. 6). After all this there is no need to say, " no personal life here".

Advice to Management

Management know everything, they also know how to make things better but I know they won't be able to do it cause it's a construction field. Profits are already low so can't add more workforce to make the work timings better. Still if they get a chance in future & enough money like they had in past they really need to recruit more engineers so that 8 hour work timings can be implemented.

They will arrange for travel & food medical benefits are good to even they pay for transport when you relocate.
