Advice to Management

Sujeet Kumar,Amod Malaviya and vaibhav Gupta all three are good leaders and very dashing person. But some of their decisions went wrong and company is suffering with money crunch hence they started layoffs and thousands of employees. Which results great panic in employees and in their families. Pls take correct decisions in order to avoid employees suffering for theirs survival.

-Experience depends on the team -A bit unorganized, too many changes in leadership -Changes in processes, work structure, managers can be stressful sometimes -High attrition rate with no replacements hired so you might have to do extra work
