I've applied at SALT and at Academy. They have a similar recruiting process so far (motivation letter and CV, phone interview, logical skills test, motivation and personality tests). The last step, I guess, is going to be the interview, which will be next week with both of them. They use a similar system: 3 months of intensive studying and then recruited by them or by their partners.
