The interview process was efficient and fast, they value skill and the comfort/needs of the interviewee above anything else. They are very open, direct and thrustworthy as well as friendly and kind. They made the whole process seamless and efficient for me.

Question 1
They asked me to explain my design process for 2 projects from my portfolio instead of making me design for a test/example, which was a much better way to evaluate skills and designs and time efficient for both parties.
