The first interview is with HR interview over the phone, the second interview was in person interview next. After the in person interview they took a long time to respond back.

I got a call from the hiring manager. It was very casual. Then he texted me to confirm a follow up video interview. The interview was pretty informal. I feel like I didn’t fit the identity of who they wanted to hire.
First interview, three to one interviewers (hiring manager, plus two sales directors or VP for other accounts).
Second interview with the SVP sales for 15 minutes getting to know you
