I applied for this role through LinkedIn and was immediately reached out by the recruiter to schedule an initial phone call. It was a standard introductory call to gauge my interest in 6sense and what I know about them as a company. The recruiter was clearly distracted during the call, even said that she was distracted by slack which I didn't think too much about but it wasn't a great candidate experience because she was distracted.
I was then moved on to the next step of the interview process which was a 45 minute Zoom meeting with a team member. I came out of that meeting very stoked about the opportunity. Two days later, I followed up with the recruiter and then minutes later received a generic rejection email with a no-reply email address which I thought was rather distasteful given I had just reached out directly 2 minutes ago.
