I had a first phone call screening before being invited for an interview. After a positive feedback, I had been invited for a second interview which has been positive as well. Afterwards I’ve been contacted for an offer for the PA position.

I first had a phone interview with their external recruiter. Then I got the second phone interview with an internal HR manager. After a few days, I followed up and they said they would like to have the third phone interview with the same HR manager. She asked me the questions she missed last time, and then I was offered to come to their office to have an onsite interview the very next day. The on-site interview lasted for 1.5 hours, and I met 6 people in total. After a few days, I was told that I was selected as a candidate for the final interview, but they were not sure when the final interview will be. I was following up several times but they just told me to wait. After 4 weeks of waiting, they told me that they already hired someone else and they won't do the final interview with me.
