1.) 30-min Phone screening with recruiter on my resume and experience 2.) 1-hr Phone call with department manager on my experience, as well as responsibilities in this role 3.) 1-hr Phone call with division head It was at this point that I was told I was in the final running for the position, then was ghosted. Even the recruiter couldn't figure out what exactly happened.
