I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIG (Houston, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
It was more of a test to see how you fit into company culture; the resume is important, but when it comes to big companies such as this, it's a matter of connections (go to career fairs), and your GPA. GPA puts your door in the foot, which puts you in the interview process.
I received a Hirevue interview the next day after sending in my resume. The questions were fairly easy and what you would expect. Mostly behavioral questions that were mostly like problem solving based and nothing to do with my past experience
Hirevue interview and then emailed regarding a super day. The super day consisted of one more interview virtual with a hiring manager. I've heard it is typically three interviews though.
Easy, it was a Hirevu Interview with some behavioral questions. A couple of questions on team work, time management, and expectations from the role were asked. Overall, it was a good experience.
