-received a call a couple weeks later regarding an interview
-interview was held at a store close to me though the position is for the home office (this worked out for me because it was a longer drive to the home office)
-basic first interview asking about work history and background
It sounds like there are multiple interviews that happen before an offer is made which made me feel good because they’re really screening for good employees.

Welcoming. Not only that she punctual and knowledgeable about the company. While the interview was taking place I felt comfortable and excited about the possibility of working for this company.

Applied in person at a job fair and got a callback two days later. Scheduled interview, but was not asked any traditional interview questions, only some personal background and employment history questions. Seemed like further screening process, but everyone was very nice. Interviewer did make it known that this position's only growth was lateral, I expressed interest in this due to the difficulty of trying to find a stable hourly job. They weren't interested though. Very nice and organized process though! I would apply again.
