First I applied online without motivational letter. Then tests, before having a 15 min phone interview. The phone interview was very awkward and didn't feel free-flowing at all. I may be partial though since I didn't go past that stage.

1st round- Aptitude Test (i cleared)
2nd - GD (cleared)
3rd - Technical Interview (Cleared)
4th - HR Interview ( they doesn't take my interview because of time)
Note: Gd, Technical Interview, HR Interview are on the same day.
