Quite simple and straightforward, walked in and waited at customer service for someone to take me to the staff area and then did my interview. staff are friendly and and supportive, did not feel like they were looking for a reason not to hire me
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ASDA (Telford, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was very easy and calm. Just a chat with a higher staff member. Ask very simple questions and you shouldn't struggle too much nor run out of things to say.
Easy and not many questions . They asked about my strength and and weaknesses and why I wanted the job. They asked about my availability. They asked about previous experience and any references I may have.
