Interview
First a coding challenge is given, and about 2-3 weeks for it to be finished, depending on the circumstances. When finished, it undergoes code review process and, if everything cheks out, a presentation of the challenge is arranged in front of a couple of people from the company. A couple of questions are asked there about the code and the whole experience of working on the challenge
